Or rains lash the pane

Reading a book on a swing
Knowing I can eat chocolate
And worry about a thing
Standing in the woods
And watch the 7 o clock train
Tearing its way through the dark
Or eating candy in the park
Soft, warm pizzas, extra cheese and sauce
Baking a cake
Or licking snowflakes
Knowing that loving is never a loss
Feeling concern about my nation
Waiting for a loved one at the station
Sipping a nice drink
Or wearing a ring
Watching the lightning
Buying footwear that's pink
Cheese n spinach lasagna
